Abstract Submission

The abstract submission site is now open for the STS 50th Annual Meeting to be held in Orlando, January 25-29, 2014. The deadline to submit abstracts is June 14, 2013. Review the STS 50th Annual Meeting Abstract Submission Instructions and Policies prior to completing your abstract submission.

Please Note: Authors are required to disclose all relationships with commercial interests (including known relationships of his/her immediate family, department, and partners). In addition, each co-author must complete their disclosure information in the system for the submitted abstract or surgical video. The abstract or surgical video will not be considered unless all authors have completed their disclosures and disclosed all commercial interests. For this reason, it is imperative that submitting authors provide correct email addresses for all co-authors, as co-authors will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the required disclosure.

The ACCME defines a commercial interest as “any entity producing, marketing, reselling, or distributing health care goods or services consumed by, or used on, patients. The ACCME does not consider providers of clinical service directly to patients to be commercial interests."
