In accordance with the terms and conditions governing exhibits at the 2025 STS/EACTS/LACES Latin America Cardiovascular Surgery Conference, December 4-6, 2025, the undersigned hereby makes this application for exhibit space, which, when accepted by STS, becomes a contract between Exhibitor and STS. Terms and conditions listed in this Application and in the following Exhibit Space Rules & Regulations, as well as those conditions under which exhibit space at the Swissotel Lima is leased to STS, are a material part of this contract.
